Our help desk for the CloudBroker Platform and AppCenter is available by email under support@cloudbroker.com. Depending on the situation and request, support is also possible by voice or video conferencing, screen sharing, remote access, phone or in person.
Normal users of CloudBroker Platform and AppCenter can get help on a best effort basis during normal European business hours. Advanced support plans are available upon request as described below.
